KFDW is a Democratic Women’s organization for the state of Kansas and one of 33 state chapters of the National Federation of Democratic Women.

Our Future

The women of KFDW continue to educate our communities about the issues most affecting them, encourage participation in the Democratic Party, mentor new leaders and play a large role in getting Kansas Democrats elected. Become a part of our growing network of change-makers.

Our Mission

The Mission of the Federation shall be to unite all Women’s Democratic Chapters in Kansas to work together for the success of the Democratic Party and to encourage full participation of women in every level of the Democratic Party structure. In order that the Federation may direct its best efforts toward the success of the Democratic Party in the General Election, it shall not as a State Federation, District, or County Chapter endorse any candidate before the Primary Election.
